Recipe green juice with spinach and mint

Hi! Today I want to share with you the recipe is simple and delicious (!) green juice and also a bit like how it’s still useful.

Useful than green juice? Chlorophyll! This unique component is available only in green plants. It helps to cleanse the blood and get enough vitamins. Many notable burst of energy and health in just a few minutes.

The more chlorophyll to use, the better it will become intestinal flora and overall health.

The recipe for my favorite green juice

If you’ve never drank a green juice, then I advise you to start with spinach. It has a fairly neutral taste, goes well with many other vegetables and fruits, so will be vitamin based drink. It’s great that now you can buy fresh herbs at any time of the year in every major supermarket. Frozen spinach for juice, by itself, will not work, but it makes a great smoothie.

To ensure that the juice was really tasty, I add a little bit of green Apple. It is best suited for something sour-sweet, I like the variety Granny Smith.

Cucumber – watery-based juice perfectly cleanses, gives freshness and lightness to taste. And mint will add a bright flavor and will connect it all together. I told you that in this recipe, all perfectly matched!

Of course, you will need a powerful juicer. If Apple and cucumber are well equipped for virtually any, then greens need quality screw machine. So, my favorite recipe for green juice:

  • Cucumber
  • Apple
  • Large bunch of spinach
  • A few sprigs of fresh mint

I put a fine mesh that the juice was not “of the flesh”. Some greenery here useless.

Better to drink immediately after preparation. And don’t be afraid, it’s totally not disgusting to the taste though the smell, I don’t always like. We made this juice together with Sasha, and I even managed to persuade him to “vitaminiziruet”. So, is it really possible to drink!

A few more tips:

  1. For “sweets”, you can add not only Apple, but also some carrots.
  2. Despite the fact that it is very useful, it is not necessary to drink more than 0.5 liters of pure green juice a day. Especially if you’re not used to it. The consequences will not be pleasant.
  3. If the juice is too concentrated or you have not used the cucumber, dilute the drink with water! Less useful juice from it will not, but the drinks will be much easier.
