The ARC Gym on the campus of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn is a fully functional workout facility as well as hosts Pratt's indoor athletics. It is a good facility that serves it's purpose but could use some updating. I know Pratt Athletics will be moving up to the NCAA D3 level (congrats) and will want to update. I think a set of bleachers on the other side of the basketball court, an updated sound system, and "stadium" lighting for basketball and volleyball games could be the first step. The floor can come next. All in All it's a large facility with really interesting architecture that I think Pratt Institute will be able to with.

I went here to watch a Division 3 basketball game. There are two stands of movable bleacher seats set up across the scorer's table for fans to watch the game. The scoreboard is a bit obstructed. It is hard to hear the announcer on the public address sound system. The lighting has been improved. An ok venue for a new ncaa division iii team.

Not enough seats for the event that I went too. But it's great that they have parking for free.
