I have never been in good shape or interested in working out but Bradley has shown me new techniques that are much more enjoyable and for the first time ever I look forward to working out! I’m typically used to trainers who want me to lose weight quickly by doing 1000 jumping jacks and burpees but Bradley has shown me how weight training can be as effective and so much more enjoyable! For the first time I feel strong and that is such a nice feeling! He’s also super funny and easy to chat with and makes the time go by quickly. 10/10 definitely recommend working with Bradley! :)

He's brings a positive attitude and varies the program--so it's fun and you learn a ton in the process. Brad is a patient, knowledgeable, trainer who has experience working with clients with injuries. He is proactive about recommending strategies for continued success. Highly recommended.

Our sessions are jammed packed with great personalized moves and I leave feeling more energetic than when I came in. Since starting to work with Brad I feel fitter, my clothes fit better and my energy levels are up in general. He really cares and it shows in every session. Can't say enough good things.

He offers a variety of workouts (Trx, kettlebell, battle ropes, rip trainer, etc) which keep the sessions interesting. But he’s more than your average trainer. I love that he’s very knowledgeable about the human body, and explains the science of the process.
