Incorporating tai chi/qigong in my regular routine helped change my life. I visit the Tai chi class on Tuesdays and Thursdays to unwind after work. Master Arthur and Leon are wonderful practitioners. Would recommend to anyone interested in energy work or body and mind wellness.

I came to the yoga - qi gong class in a tizzy from a lot of chaos going on in my life and by the end, I felt so much more grounded and calm. It was a great workout, stretch and introduction to energy work. The teacher's movement was graceful and inspiring. The studio owner gave a consultation and offered me advice tailored to my issues of feeling burnt out. Very welcoming, human atmosphere. They invited the class members to stay for tea and chat afterwards, which I've never experienced in a NYC studio in my life - so nice! Looking forward to returning.
