Great experience at the Body Camp: Sweat class. Coach Kelvin was super encouraging and funny. We were also paired up with another participant which makes it easier to meet people + can help with motivation in the moment. Class consisted of a circuit of about 9 different exercises (erg, kettlebell, abs, etc). 45 sec work, 15 rest. We did the whole circuit three times and then finished off with some light cardio + abs. The whole time the coach was giving encouragement, tips on form, and variations for people if they needed it to be easier or harder. Really fun and would recommend!

They offer group classes as well as private & semi-private personal training. I also love their full-size InKind BIA scale to track progress in terms of muscle mass and body fat percentage. (Other places have smaller InKind machines that yield less information.) I also appreciate the clean showers, lockers with programmable locks, big fresh towels, shampoo, spray deodorant, etc! I barely have to pack more than a change of clothes to get on with my day from here.
