I always leave class feeling strong (and a little shaky) but never in pain because the instructors make sure our form is in tact. I absolutely love this Pilates studio! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and supportive. As a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous, but the instructors were amazing—constantly helping me with my form and providing encouragement throughout each session. They strike the perfect balance of being professional yet fun, making each class enjoyable and something I look forward to. I highly recommend this studio to anyone, especially beginners. I've been coming to BODYROK for almost 2 years now and can't say enough good things about this studio! I've taken classes with nearly all the instructors, and each one brings their own fantastic energy and expertise. The instruction is consistently excellent and the workouts are always challenging yet fun. The studio has a chill vibe and the classes are so effective that I'm looking into getting a membership to kick start the new year. Definitely recommend trying it out!

Bodyrok is by far my favorite workout in New York, and I never get tired of it. The space is beautiful and clean, the instructors have all been awesome, and I love the intensity of the workouts. It’s perfect level of burn + a light sweat, and I felt the results instantly, but it’s not so extreme that I can’t go multiple days in a row. Highly recommend!

I’m relatively new to reformers and have done about 10 classes here - love the simplicity of each movement but also the big strength and core push on little muscles that I don’t usually target enough in my workouts. My first class with Jay was great - he helped correct my movements and gave me an intro to the machine. Bryan is also awesome and patient about explaining the movements. Highly recommend this studio!
