Clea is a fantastic instructor and overall human being! Her classes are tough, but rewarding, and her energy and attitude always brighten up my day. The classes vary so it's challenging for both your body and your brain. I would describe it as a combination of pilates, barre and conditioning. Great for people who want a low impact, but intense workout. I've seen a change in my body from taking her classes 3 times a week.

From the moment I arrived Clea was so warm and welcoming, and instantly made me feel at home. There is something so lovely about the energy in her studio, and Clea gives off such great vibes - she is friendly, bubbly, and encouraging. The studio is intimate and colorful and calming. Not to mention the class itself is challenging and burns so good - I feel like if I had time to go more often I would become super lean and fit from this workout:) Clea was even kind enough to accommodate me and open up a spot in her Friday morning class when she knew it was the only time I could make it. I highly recommend visiting Clea for a fantastic exercise/wellness experience!

Her classes are built for people who want to become stronger, leaner and more disciplined in a positive, personalized environment. From the adorable design touches in her studio, to her hands-on, detailed adjustments in class (plus little added luxuries like fresh rose water spritzes and eucalyptus towels after class), Clea’s studio is a fitness experience that leaves you feeling invigorated and well-cared for. Not to mention Clea herself is lovely to be around and motivating even during the toughest exercises!

She is motivating, results driven, and her studio and community are such a joy, I am so grateful to have found Clea! Classes are TOUGH, but Clea’s personality, energy, and brilliance makes you forget how hard you are working. Clea has a deep understanding of the body and consistently provides creative and challenging workouts that will get you in the best shape of your life.
