I communicate to Helen what I'm experiencing, and she keeps those things in mind while giving me cues and exercises to strengthen my weaknesses. In the handful of sessions I've had with her, I am already able to maintain a better awareness of my posture throughout the day, and it has also helped increase my core strength which helps me lift heavier at the gym! Book her if you get the chance!
