Get directionsFirst time trying this studio out - the fine print specifically (and strictly) said to show up at 6:50am for the 7am class in order to have access to the building that early. No exceptions made. I show up at 6:50 on yhe dot and the instructor never showed up. No call, email, or notification that the class was cancelled. We waited on the street for almost 30 minutes after class was supposed to start. In addition, the owner did not even handle the classpass signups properly. I was still both charged the credits AND a missed class fee on top of it!! Never heard from the owners, I had to hunt down classpass to deal with it myself. First and last time I will ever try this studio, so unprofessional.
Oct 12, 2024 · MichelleI went for my first class today. I am an experienced regular Pilates go-er. And this class was challenging but also fun. I think what make a class fun are the limitless unique moves you can explore w the reformer and it was super fun to try unique flows and routine I’ve never tried before. Highly recommend! Very attentive and hands on instructor. Small class with attention to detail.
Mar 30, 2024 · Tisa SahaThere's nothing HOLY about this workout, it was challenging (and fun since I survived). During some points of the workout, I'd look at my friend and think what did I get us into??? I go to Pilates a few times a week but this place made me feel like a beginner and made me question whether or not I've been doing Pilates all wrong... but in a good way I loved how creative the flow was and the class size is small but I felt like it allowed the instructor to actually pay attention and correct your form when needed. I saw the other comments and I agree, I want to gatekeep this place but we need to share the wealth. I will be trying this class again once I have the courage to do so haha
Apr 25, 2024 · Mackenzie GauranoI am super loyal to Ferhat as he is the BEST instructor in the city! His sequences are challenging and creative and I feel stronger every time I come out of his class! The space is conveniently located and absolutely beautiful (also gets so much natural sunlight). The studio looks and feels clean, organized and spacious as well. Will only be booking my pilates appointments here!!
Feb 16, 2024 · Juliana PyoI almost want to gatekeep Holydog because classes fill up so fast haha I started Pilates less than a year ago with Ferhat at his previous studio, followed him here when he opened his own studio and would follow him anywhere! He’s friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. He cares about form and ensures each class is unique and challenging - I’m always sweaty and feel like I got a great workout after. I’ve taken a few classes with Anjali as well and while their teaching styles are different, both are excellent, provide hands-on correction, and create creative challenging classes in an encouraging and inclusive environment. The studio is clean with new equipment, and classes often incorporate a variety of accessories which keeps it interesting (e.g., spine corrector, sitting box, dumbbells, Pilates ring/ball, jump boards). Machines are cleaned using a cleaning spray + microfiber towel which I find much more hygienic than a single wet wipe other studios usually provide.
