Tracie noticed some pronounced imbalances in strength and flexibility between my left and right sides. We've been working to build more even strength and flexibility which has helped my chronic back pain and stiffness immensely. Plus, I've gotten a lot fitter and stronger overall! Now, 6 months after seeing Tracie for the first time, I'm in awe of strong I feel and how distant my back pain seems. I've been able to travel, bike, kayak--all things that used to aggravate my back--with no pain. Tracie is incredibly warm, intuitive, and knowledgable, and she's very responsive to your body's needs in each session. Highly recommend!

She is a kind, intuitive, skilled and creative teacher, who knows how to listen to her clients and offer them what they need in each session. I started Pilates as a new and more gentle way to stay fit for my body that was often in pain. With Tracie, I have learned body control, gained strength and stability, and found better posture and body awareness. Tracie is excellent at working with and around her client's injuries. Her Somatic skills are a true gift, and she helped me navigate the most difficult time in my life by offering me a safe space and teaching me how to listen to what my body needed during that time. Tracie also is gifted at matching her clients to other practitioners within her network of healers when other skills or treatment are needed. Tracie is an expert at working muscle groups in safe but challenging ways. I have osteoporosis and Tracie took me out of my comfort zone during workouts. I knew that she knew what she was doing - she is very focused and observant during sessions and her background knowledge is impressive. Tracie is also a great resource for exercises that you can do at home on your own. She's just wonderful.
