Jan 24, 2025 · Tom HowesI really like the classes and the instructors, but their billing cycle is every 4 weeks…not a month. So if you’re a member for a year, you’re paying for 13 months…not 12.
Feb 06, 2025 · Suzanne ShepherdMHRC has been an amazing training tool for me! I've been running for 10+ years and have never been able to break past my average 9-ish minute pace. With MHRC, I've been pushed beyond my normal comfort zone, and have shaved :30+ seconds off my miles just from switching up my routine. To note, all of the teachers have different styles of leading their programs as well as different music and attitudes, which makes for a great (never boring!) workout every time!
Mar 29, 2019 · Genna RossiMy absolute favorite workout studio in all of NYC! The classes are amazing and high-energy, and each instructor has a different style of focusing on speed, intervals, hills. I specifically love having Ned or Raj as my instructor! They provide a lot of guidance and encouragement for runners of all different experience levels + great music. I loved the classes so much, I ended up joining the Mile High Run Club’s marathon program to help me prepare for my first marathon and had a great experience. Tons of supportive coaches and mentorship during group runs and workouts.
