This specialized fitness studio is located in a great location – right off the N train. I was really pleased with my first group class here. I was expecting a tough work out and I definitely got it! Jason is really nice and accommodating. I joined a metabolic session, which included many squats, planks, running, weights and more. The instructor/owner Jason kept the class interesting and was very encouraging. The ratio of people in this fitness center is skewed toward women. I will definitely be back based on price, location and results.

What a burn! Highly recommend for all levels of fitness. One of the best work outs I've ever had. Extremely unique and natural style to training and Jason, the head trainer, is fantastic at providing personal attention during these small group classes.

Great workout, not he best location. Would prefer a studio with showers. High quality instructor who pays attention to participants and modifies workout accordingly
