The teachers and instruction so far has been pretty high level. One teacher however, Samara it seems, took a quite rigid and exacting stance when I mistakenly signed up for a 10am instead of the 12pm class on the app they use. Rather than be a no show I opted to cancel the class and ask that they waive the $25 penalty fee when I arrived at the class I meant to book. She was clearly annoyed and didn’t want to waive the fee, though I’ve also paid for a month long package at the studio. I would get it totally if there had been a full class and my spot would have been taking someone else’s; but there were three people in the class I took. So I’m confused by the bad feeling and punitive approach she seemed to take, staring me in the eyes as if I was a naughty school kid. This feeling infused the whole class; definitely wont be going to the studio at noon on Wednesdays again! 😅

May 29, 2024 · Elien BecqueI'm so happy to have found Sarai. It's a small and welcoming studio where the staff takes the time to learn your name. Each instructor brings their own style to the class so I would recommend trying a few. For instance, I like taking Samara's class when I want a slow but challenging flow, and I can always count on Abigail to include a good fascia floss. I hope that Sarai continues adding more classes to the schedule.
Jun 19, 2024 · Canwen XuI can’t express how happy to not cross Flatbush Avenue to workout. Over the summer I have attended most instructors’ class and they really are all delightful. I particularly appreciate Samara and Ken’s individual corrections. They are just so vigilant paying attention to everyone in class and giving the most precise cues.
Aug 29, 2024 · Julia ChinnI am so glad to have Sarai in the neighborhood! Their classes are accessible for beginners while still having room for more experienced participants to explore and deepen their practice. The teachers have been so friendly and welcoming to me as a new student. I really enjoy the variety of classes and teaching styles available, and the class times align well with working 9am-5pm (plus daytime and later-evening classes for those on a different routine!).
Oct 20, 2023 · Erin ThorntonSarai is a wonderful yoga studio!! Clean and simple space with excellent teachers. I love that mats and props are provided, so I don't need to bring anything with me to the studio. The website is also super user-friendly - it's really easy to sign up for classes or adjust my schedule when needed.
