I've had a great experience so far at this Pilates studio! I started with a private session, which was such a positive introduction. They gave me the option to choose the room I felt most comfortable in and even explained the meaning behind the names of the rooms, which added a really thoughtful touch I also attended a mat Pilates class taught by Sarah, and she was fantastic. She focused a lot on form, which I really appreciated, and her energy and presence throughout the class made it even more enjoyable. She offered helpful modifications and created a welcoming environment where I felt comfortable taking breaks when needed. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!

They provide super hands on support and provide alternative movements for those who need it. I’ve been consistently coming to this studio for a while now and don’t see that changing! :)

I took a class with Bushra, my favorite!! She was amazing as usual. Everyone in the studio is so kind. I will definitely be coming back!
