The entire franchise trains their instructors terribly. The instructors do no let you get through a single rep before they’re changing the variation again so you never feel like you can actually figure out what’s going (it’s my sixth class btw like I have tried to figure it out) but they play the music so loud and the instructors both mumble and never stop talking so you can’t tell when they’re yelling stupid shit and when they’re giving actual instructions. The policy also seems to be for the instructors to lie about where you are in the routine no matter what and it’s made me lose all respect for them and just makes me want to walk out of every class when we’re on our fifth “last one!” Don’t waste your money or time just go to bodyrok which is where I should have stayed

Mar 12, 2025 · Alexandria BeckerThe class its self was great! I really enjoyed it. Ashley was very helpful constantly checking in with me. However let’s talk about the awful customer service from the check in staff. I arrived 3 mins before class started, someone opened the door for me, I didn’t know about the door code, she came walking up the steps with no urgency like I was interrupting her day. When I apologized about the train delay she looked bothered and just looked me up and down. She made me feel out of place. When I told her I had tried calling she said oh we were busy, did you try again, I said I’ve been trying since 8am she said we are helping other reformers, I said no you actually have voicemail that’s full. No answer. She said well you could have emailed. I said well I called to see if you have a shower and she said no. Again looking at me up and down. She made it seem like only locals that live near by get to come here. Like no one goes to work after wards. Honestly if I dared answer a client the way she answered me I would be fired immediately. What kind of Customer service is that. Would I return? Nope not to this location. Especially since they don’t have showers. Do better. Be nicer. Smile, that’s why you have 4 people to a class that holds 30. You act entitled. No one will return.
Nov 07, 2024 · alexandra ElnewishyEchoing the reviews below about the front desk staff. It’s pretty sad that they are minimum wage hourly employees and Solidcore has no interest in improving that at all. But what’s more sad is how the front desk staff of this specific location is channeling that frustration into how they treat the customers. In this particular case, the blond front desk girl’s behavior is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, it’s funny because it’s almost like a clip of Mean Girl just came out off her. When I arrived 5 min later than the grace period, I was trying to figure out a solution with one of the other front desk staff. She asked to see my ClassPass so there I was heads down searching on my phone, the same staff asked me to come down the steps. Long and behold before I could respond, this mean blond woman shouted out loud “I guess not” in the most sarcastic manner. I’d take her picture of her face so everyone here would remember who NOT to interact with. But I also don’t think I’d want that face in my phone. Lol
Dec 07, 2024 · Serena LinInstructor was incredible and class was great but gotta take off a star bc the girl next to me was on her phone nonnnnnnn-stoppppp texting paragraphs to someone and it made me feel super awkward and was extremely distracting.
Dec 22, 2024 · Nina MarinaroGood workout to sweat but certain movements are questionable especially as it's still from the basis of pilates but no one checks your posture n makes sure ur body is moving or in the right position and they seem to do a lot of the same things over n over n plenty of times work one side of the legs but not the other. Its also too expensive especially to do all the time...
