After my class I feel like I just came back from vacation & I’m able to take on the rest of my day stress free & productive at the same time. The best part is she customizes the sessions based on every individual so she meets you where you’re at & you truly see growth in the classes to follow. I’ve also noticed that I feel healthier overall. When I started yoga, I had shoulder pain, but thanks to the yoga practice and shoulder stretches, my pain has disappeared. Her lessons are well-structured, and she’s attentive to each student’s needs. I highly recommend her classes!. Warrior 1 Position!

I left feeling rejuvenated, stretched and super light! She puts her clients’ needs first and does an amazing job of customizing movements. She is very accommodating, puts you at ease at all times and the hour flew by. I loved my time with her. What a delightful experience!

Highly recommend for anyone who loves yoga or wants to give it a try. Tina is super welcoming and kind. She was also really helpful, patient and encouraging when guiding you through new poses.

It was such a perfect balance of yoga and meditation at the same time. The herbal tea and cucumber water was a perfect addition! I would def participate again!
