Monica is so responsive, thoughtful, creative, warm, easy to talk through things with. Every session feels different, and gets at exactly how my body has needed to move that day, whether I was aware of the need myself or not...! I can't wait to be in person at the studio in future, too. Cannot recommend these practitioners enough.
