Oct 13, 2024 · Annie SchulteThe Instructors at The Training Lab always challenge me in a positive way, encouraging me to do more than I think that I can do. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming
Mar 19, 2025 · Alison SchaaffeI cannot emphasize enough on how truly awesome this spot is! The conditioning, strength and movement classes are all conducted in an engaging, fun manner while keeping things challenging. Daria, Alexis, Reuben all are fantastic trainers and will get you seeing results in no time 🙌🏻
Nov 18, 2024 · Prateek MainiTook a class here recently to use remaining ClassPass credits. Liked the vibe and the sweaty hour working out. The only thing was that some dumbbells were by the window which I didn’t notice and they would have been better for my rows. Also, the sequence had too many pull-ups imho (20 alternate with 10 assault bike cal amrap within 10 mins). Switched to negative and banded pull-ups as 20 strict pull-ups at a time seems to be too much. Impressive gym and selection of equipment, but no open gym time here and within a class there’s a limited number of exercises - you either like them or don’t. Pricing high or on par with other bfxs
