EDIT: The current manager did reach out and assured me they're working on fixing the lockers as well as on educating the gym goers to proper gym etiquette as well as asking staff to re-rack as well. They were very polite and accommodating, so I changed the review from 2 to 3 stars just based on my interaction with them ORIGINAL REVIEW: Do you like having to remove other people's plates ON EVERY plate-loaded machine you use? Do you spending ten-fifteen minutes in the lockerroom trying to find locker with a lock that actually works or that isn't already used? Do you like working out in a dark basement club where the lighting reminds you of a rave in Brooklyn and no windows to the exterior? Then this club is the perfect club for you! Come on over! Just remember don't touch those weights after you load up your machine! It's a problem for the next person!

pros: spacious, good atmosphere, pool cons: - wifi doesn't work at peak periods. The gym is underground, which means you don't get cell service. Most weekday evenings it takes my recent iPhone roughly 30 minutes to connect to the wifi. It's unacceptable to pay $200 a month for a gym and only have access to downloaded music. - 25% of lockers don't work, which means at peak periods it's hard to find an available locker that isn't broken. - sauna/steam room regularly closed for repair - hot tub has been claimed to be about to open for months. They told me when I joined "you need to join today, before your existing gym membership finishes, because once the hot tub opens, rates will go up, and the hot tub is about to open". That was a blatant lie. The hot tub doesn't look any more imminently about to open than 4 months ago.

I’ve been coming to TMPL for a while now, and I can’t recommend it enough! The facility is spacious, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. But what truly makes my experience exceptional is my personal trainer, Jonathan Ramos. Jonathan is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to detail. He tailors every workout to my goals, challenges me in the best way possible, and makes sure my form is always on point. I’ve seen real results thanks to his guidance, and I actually look forward to my sessions! If you’re looking for a gym that feels like a community and a trainer who will push you to be your best, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I recently joined this gym, and I couldn't recommend it enough! The space is really big, and even during peak hours, it never feels overcrowded. The classes I've tried so far have been amazing, offering a great workout experience every time. A special shoutout to Loren, the general manager, who helped me with the joining process, so helpful and absolutely adorable! This friendly and supportive approach made the whole experience even better. If you're considering a new gym, this place is definitely worth checking out!
